Hmm.. That's an interesting question. I don't think I do any of the options you've listed but I'm, generally, a very reserved person so I tend towards more defensive actions. I'll keep my hands in my pockets a lot or find something to do with my hands. I'm not touchy so will rarely touch the person I'm speaking to, even if it's someone I know intimately.
